Interested in sending us a blog post?

At Grieve Leave, we believe all grief deserves space. Whether you've lost a person, a relationship, your health, or a future you thought you'd have—your experience matters. We built this blog because there's something powerful about putting your story into words and discovering that someone else gets exactly what you're going through.

Want to share your story? We'd love to hear it. Here's what you need to know:

  • Every blog post is a little bit different, but they are generally 1000 words or less.
  • The strongest blog posts tell our community about you, your loss, what grief and grieving looks and feels like for you, and what you've learned along the way.
  • We'd also love it if you share a few photos of you, and (if applicable) photos that connect to your loss.
  • When you're ready, email your draft blog post and 2-3 photos to [email protected]
  • If we move forward with publishing your story, we'll do a little editing together back and forth.
  • We can't post every submission we receive, but we read every single one ❤️
